The opening ceremony in the morning was held grandly at the Venetian Macao banquet hall. Cui Shichang, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 18th World Chinese Entrepreneurs Convention and President of the Macau Chinese Chamber of Commerce, pointed out in his speech that the theme of this conference is "Creating Prosperity Together and Sharing Opportunities", aiming to promote global Chinese entrepreneurs to strengthen cooperation and innovation in the new era, and work together to build a new pattern of openness and win-win. Dr. Cai Guanshen, the organizer and head of the Secretariat of the World Chinese Business Conference, and the President of the Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, also called for further strengthening the linkage among the Chinese business community to jointly promote regional economic integration and sustainable development, injecting more confidence and momentum into the global economic recovery.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, Chen Xuxuan, Director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of China, read a congratulatory letter from Wang Huning, Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. The Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region, Cen Haohui, and Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Xian Hui, stated in their speeches that Macao, with its unique advantage of the intersection of Chinese and Western cultures, is becoming an important link connecting global Chinese businessmen, and highly praises the active role of Chinese businessmen in promoting economic prosperity and social progress.

The delegation of Haiyan Group became one of the focuses, and President Zheng Chaohui had in-depth exchanges with the presidents of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce in Macau, Hong Kong, Canada, Singapore, Thailand and other places, as well as heavyweight guests from the economic community.
